1. General Usage
With the purchase of any CrestaProject package, you are entitled to unlimited usage of the theme/plugin for yourself or client work (different speech for the license key, see section 7). CrestaProject retains the right to change the terms and conditions and licensing of this site and our themes at any time.

2. Guarantee
CrestaProject themes/plugins are guaranteed to function correctly upon proper installation, activation and options configuration of the theme within the latest WordPress platform. We can not and do not guarantee compatibility with third party plugins. If for some reason the theme is not working properly, report the problem via the form on the support page, and we will do our best to solve the problem in a timely manner.

3. Support
Support is provided for any theme purchased from CrestaProject. Support includes the rectifying of issues arising from packaged theme features, bug fixes and basic usage questions. We do not provide support for our free themes; the use or issues arising from the use of third party plugins; troubleshooting issues occurring in versions of Internet Explorer older than version 9; WordPress itself; or customization. Questions and inquiries should be sent via the form on the support page.
We are unable to provide support that requires us to view websites with questionable content. Such content includes, but is not limited to, pornography, prostitution, racist content, possible scams, etc.

NB 1: Support is offered Monday through Friday, 10AM to 6PM. Support requests are answered within 48/72 hours.

NB 2: To access the support page need to login, in this way will give support only to customers who have purchased the themes or plugins from CrestaProject.

4. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for digital product sales. All sales are final. If there is an issue regarding a theme/plugin, we will address the problem. We will be happy to answer questions regarding our products before your purchase to insure it will meet your needs. Thank you for your understanding.

5. Licensing
The CSS, XHTML, PHP, design and any other elements of the themes downloaded from CrestaProject are released under the GPL license. They and are in total compliance to standards of that license as well as with WordPress. Our themes/plugins are not compatible with the wordpress.com blogging community. They are developed for individual installations of the WordPress platform.

6. Theme or Plugin Compatibility
Currently our themes/plugins are designed to function properly with WordPress 4.5 and higher. It is our job to make sure the themes are up to date with the latest versions of WordPress. We cannot guarantee they will work properly on older installations of WordPress. We cannot guarantee the compatibility of our themes with all third party software and plugins. If a conflict does arise, we will do our best resolve the situation. Moreover, we cannot guarantee the themes will function correctly after modification to the code, or a failure to install the theme or WordPress properly.

7. License Key
The license key is a 32-digit alphanumeric code and allows you to keep updated CrestaProject Plugins and Themes directly from your WordPress Dashboard and get support, is given with the purchase of a CrestaProject theme/plugin (1 license key for themes, from 1 to 10 license keys for plugins). License key is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
After one year, license key may be renewed at a 10% discount from the purchase price of a new license (two weeks before the expiration of the license key will receive an email and you can decide whether to renew the license or not).
The renewal is not mandatory. If, after a year, you decide to not renew your license key, you can continue to use the Theme or Plugin forever but will no longer receive updates and support.
The license key can be activated on 1 site at a time (for themes) and from 1 to 10 sites (for the plugins). You can manage the license keys from your CrestaProject account under “Purchase History” section.
