Presumably, the problem is that you are using the old Twitter sharing service (newsharecounts.com) which has been permanently dead since July 2018.
From version 2.7.9 of Cresta Social Share Counter, a new service is available for Twitter shares, his name is twitcount.com.
To activate it, go to the plugin options page and check the box called “twitcount.com for Twitter Counts“.
Once this is done, simply go to https://www.twitcount.com and sign up for free using the Twitter account.
