1) Go to your WordPress Dashboard under “Appearance-> Customize-> Freddo PRO Onepage” and choose one section (eg. Skills) and add a section ID (eg. skills) for this section. Save the options.
2) Now go to your WordPress Dashboard under “Appearance-> Menus” and create a new custom link with the URL of your home page followed the ID created for the section (eg. yoursite.com/#skills). Add this custom link to your menu and save the options.
